Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or communicated to the vendors/merchants for fulfillment.

Genixtyle does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items or products categorized as non-returnable. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you may contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. After verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.

If the product you received does not match what was shown on our website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take appropriate action.

For products covered under manufacturer warranty, any complaints or quality-related issues should be addressed directly with the manufacturer.

If a refund is approved by Genixtyle, it will take 9-15 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.
